Hello! I am an applied microeconomist interested in energy and climate, technology and firms, and economic development.
My research uses industrial organization, network, and spatial/trade tools. My current research studies the impact of CBAM on developing countries, electricity access in Sub-Saharan Africa, and methods to estimate the internal production network of a firm. I am interested in helping governments and regulators design markets and policies based on an understanding of consumer and firm behavior.
I am a PhD candidate in the Sustainable Development Program at Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs and the Earth Institute. I previously did an MeSc from the Yale School of the Environment, worked as a Data Scientist at the World Bank and at an education startup, and started my career as a Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
